Any applicable taxes, transaction fees, platform charges, or third-party costs may be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

Services will be provided according to the agreed project scope.
Requests that fall outside the original scope may be treated as additional work and may require:

I will communicate significant changes in scope and associated costs where reasonably possible before proceeding.

7. Website Design and Development

For WordPress website projects, the final website will be developed according to the agreed requirements and scope.
Unless specifically included in the project, services such as:

  • Web hosting
  • Premium plugins or themes
  • Paid third-party tools
  • Stock images or assets
  • Ongoing maintenance
  • Future updates
  • Third-party subscriptions
may involve additional costs. The performance and availability of third-party services, hosting providers, plugins, themes, APIs, or other external technologies are outside my direct control.

8. SEO Services

SEO involves strategies intended to improve a website’s visibility and organic search performance. However, search engine rankings and traffic cannot be guaranteed. Search engines may change their algorithms, ranking systems, policies, or requirements at any time.
Therefore, I do not guarantee:
  • A specific search engine ranking
  • A specific position on Google
  • A specific amount of website traffic
  • A specific number of leads or sales
  • A guaranteed timeframe for achieving SEO results
SEO results may vary depending on competition, website condition, industry, search engine changes, content, technical factors, and other circumstances.

9. Google Ads and Paid Advertising

For Google Ads and other paid advertising services, campaign performance may depend on factors including:
  • Advertising budget
  • Competition
  • Target audience
  • Industry
  • Keywords
  • Landing pages
  • Ad quality
  • Market conditions
  • Platform policies
  • Changes made by advertising platforms
I may manage or optimize campaigns according to the agreed scope, but I cannot guarantee a specific number of clicks, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, or return on advertising spend. Advertising platform fees and advertising budgets are separate from my service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. Social Media and Influencer Marketing

Social media and influencer marketing results can vary depending on audience behavior, platform algorithms, content quality, influencer performance, competition, and other external factors.
I do not guarantee a specific number of:
  • Followers
  • Likes
  • Views
  • Comments
  • Shares
  • Leads
  • Sales
  • Engagements
Influencer availability, pricing, campaign performance, and audience behavior may also change. Any influencer or third-party involvement may be subject to separate terms, availability, and agreements.

11. Graphics and Video Editing

Graphics and video editing services will be delivered according to the agreed creative brief and project scope.
You are responsible for providing materials that you have the legal right to use.
Unless otherwise agreed, additional revisions, major changes, or new creative requirements outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Final deliverables may be provided in the formats agreed upon for the project.

12. Revisions and Approvals

The number of revisions included in a project may depend on the agreed scope.
A revision means a reasonable modification to the existing work based on the original project requirements.
A completely new concept, major change in direction, additional page, additional design, or substantially different requirement may be considered additional work.
Once final work has been approved by the client, further changes may require additional charges.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the website, written content, graphics, designs, code, layouts, concepts, and other materials created by me remain my intellectual property until the applicable project fees have been paid in full.
After full payment, ownership or usage rights for the final deliverables will be transferred or provided according to the agreed project terms.
Third-party materials, including fonts, stock images, plugins, themes, software, music, APIs, or other licensed resources, remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
I do not transfer ownership of third-party materials beyond the rights permitted by their applicable licenses.

14. Client-Provided Materials

You retain responsibility for materials you provide, including logos, photographs, videos, written content, trademarks, music, documents, and other assets.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to provide and use those materials.
You agree to indemnify me, to the extent permitted by applicable law, against claims arising from your unauthorized use or submission of third-party materials.

15. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I may display completed work created for a client in my portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or promotional materials for the purpose of demonstrating my services.
If a project contains confidential information or you specifically require confidentiality, please communicate this before the project begins so appropriate arrangements can be made.

16. Third-Party Services and Platforms

Some services may depend on third-party platforms, tools, software, hosting providers, advertising networks, social media platforms, payment providers, or other external services.
I am not responsible for:
  • Third-party outages
  • Platform changes
  • Account suspensions
  • Algorithm changes
  • Policy changes
  • Service interruptions
  • Pricing changes
  • Loss of functionality caused by third-party providers
Where third-party services are required, you may be responsible for maintaining your own accounts, subscriptions, licenses, and payments unless otherwise agreed.

17. Project Delays

Reasonable efforts will be made to complete projects within the agreed timeline.
However, timelines may be affected by:
  • Delayed client responses
  • Missing information or materials
  • Delayed approvals
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Platform changes
  • Unexpected circumstances
  • Changes to the project scope
Where such circumstances occur, the project timeline may need to be adjusted accordingly.

18. Cancellation or Termination

Either party may request termination of a project subject to the terms agreed for that project. If a client cancels a project after work has started, fees may remain payable for work already completed, resources already purchased, or commitments already made. Any refund will depend on the circumstances, the project agreement, and applicable law.
I may suspend or terminate services if:
  • Payments are significantly overdue
  • Required information or access is not provided
  • The client engages in abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct
  • Continuing the service would create legal, security, or operational concerns

19. Refunds

Digital services, completed work, customized creative work, or work already delivered may not be eligible for a refund once substantial work has been completed, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing.

21. Limitation of Liability
