You agree to use this website for legal purposes.
You must not:
- Use the website for any illegal or dishonest purpose
- Try to get access to the website or its systems without permission
- Make it hard for the website to work or make it less secure
- Take copies of website content change it or share it without permission
- Use the website to send harmful or false information
- Try to put viruses harmful software or other dangerous things into the website
- Say you are someone else or say you are connected to Digital Ankit Yadav when you are not
I have the right to stop or limit access, to the website when needed to keep the website, business, users or other people safe.
3. Service Agreements
Before starting a project the work that needs to be done what will be given how much it will cost, when it will be finished, how payments will be made how many changes are allowed and other important things may be talked about and decided between you and me.
In some cases these details might be shared by email in writing in a quote in a proposal in an invoice or in another way we both agree on.
If there is a written agreement for a project that agreement might have extra rules that are only, for that project.
4. Payments and Fees
I will tell you the Service fees before the project or service starts.
Depending on the project I may need an advance payment or deposit before work starts.
You agree to make payments according to the payment schedule that we agree upon for your project.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing:
- Work may not start until the required advance payment has been received.
- If you want work that is not part of the agreed scope it may cost you more.
- If payments are delayed work or services may pause temporarily.
- If you have already paid for completed work or delivered services those payments may not be refunded unless we agree otherwise or if the law says so.
Any taxes, transaction fees, platform charges or third-party costs that apply may be your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
5. Project Scope and Additional Work
Services will be provided based on the project scope that has been agreed upon.
Requests that are not part of the project scope could be considered extra work and could involve:
- Extra charges
- More time
- A new project schedule
- A different agreement
I will let you know about any major changes, to the project scope and the extra costs involved as long as it is reasonable to do so before moving forward.
6. Client Responsibilities
To finish a project well you will need to give timely information, materials, access, approvals and feedback.
I want you to know that the success of this project depends on these items:
- Brand information
- Logos and images
- Website or hosting access
- Social media access
- Advertising account access
- Business information
- Content or marketing materials
- Required documents
- Feedback and approvals
You are responsible for making sure that the information and materials you give are correct and that you have the right to use them. It is up, to you to keep the project moving
If you delay giving the required materials, access, approvals or feedback the project timeline may slip.
7. Website Design and Development
For WordPress website projects the final website will be developed based on the agreed requirements and scope.
Unless clearly included in the project services such as:
- Domain registration
- Web hosting
- Premium plugins or themes
- Paid third-party tools
- Stock images or assets
- Ongoing maintenance
- Future updates
- Third-party subscriptions may require charges.
The performance and availability of third-party services hosting providers, plugins, themes, APIs or any other external technologies are not, under my control.
8. SEO Services
SEO involves strategies meant to help a website show up better in search results and perform organically.
There is no promise that a website will rank high or get more traffic.
Search engines can update their algorithms, rules or systems anytime.
These changes can affect how websites are ranked.
Because of this I do not guarantee:
- A certain search engine ranking
- A spot on Google
- A set amount of website traffic
- A fixed number of leads or sales
- A specific time frame, for seeing SEO results
SEO outcomes can be different depending on how much competition there is, the current state of the website the industry search engine updates, the quality of content, technical details and other factors.
9. Google Ads and Paid Advertising
For Google Ads and other paid advertising services how well a campaign does can depend on things like:
- Budget for ads
- How many other people are advertising
- People who are being targeted
- What kind of business it is
- Words used in ads
- Pages where people go after clicking ads
- Quality of the ads themselves
- What happening in the market
- Rules from the advertising platforms
- Changes made by the advertising platforms
10. Social Media and Influencer Marketing
Social media and influencer marketing results can vary based on how the audience behaves how platform algorithms work how good the content is, how well influencers perform, how competition there is and other outside factors.
I do not guarantee a number of:
- Followers
- Likes
- Views
- Comments
- Shares
- Leads
- Sales
- Engagements
Influencer availability, pricing, campaign performance and audience behavior may also change.
Any influencer or third-party involvement may be subject, to terms, availability and agreements.
11. Graphics and Video Editing
Graphics and video editing services will be provided based on the brief that was agreed on and the project scope that was set.
You must supply materials that you have the permission to use.
If not otherwise stated, any extra changes, big adjustments or new creative needs that are not in the plan could cost more.
The final files that are given out will be, in the formats that were decided on for the project.
12. Revisions and Approvals
The number of revisions included in a project may depend on the agreed scope.
A revision means a modification to the existing work based on the original project requirements.
A new concept, a major change, in direction an additional page additional design or a substantially different requirement may be considered additional work.
Once final work has been approved by the client further changes may require charges.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing the website, written content, graphics, designs, code, layouts, concepts and other materials that I create stay my property. This continues until the full project fees have been paid. Once payment is complete, ownership or usage rights for the deliverables will be transferred or provided as stated in the agreed project terms.
Third-party materials such, as fonts, stock images, plugins, themes, software, music, APIs or any other licensed resources remain under their licenses and terms. I do not transfer ownership of these third-party materials beyond what’s allowed by their specific licenses.
14. Client-Provided Materials
You are responsible, for materials that you provide and materials include logos, photographs, videos, written content, trademarks, music, documents and other assets.
You confirm that rights, permissions and licenses you have are sufficient to provide and use materials.
You agree to indemnify me to the extent law permits against claims that arise from use or submission of materials.
15. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing I may show completed work that I created for a client. This includes using the work in my portfolio on my website on media in presentations or in any promotional materials. The purpose is to demonstrate the kind of services I offer.
If a project has information or if you specifically need confidentiality please let me know before the project starts. That way I can make sure the right arrangements are, in place.
16. Third-Party Services and Platforms
Some services might rely on platforms, tools, software, hosting companies, ad networks, social media sites, payment processors or other external services.
I am not responsible for:
- Problems caused by third-party systems going down
- Changes made by the platform you’re using
- Your account getting suspended
- Updates to algorithms that affect how things work
- Rules or policies from third parties
- Downtime affecting service availability
- Price increases from third-party providers
- Features stopping to work because of issues, with external services
If a third-party service is needed for the service you’re using you may need to keep your own accounts active manage subscriptions handle licenses and pay for any required fees—unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
17. Project Delays
The team will try their best to finish the work on time as discussed.
But the time frame could change because of:
- Replies from the client
- Not having all the needed details or items
- Slow decisions from the client
- Problems with technology
- Services from other companies not working
- Changes, in the platform being used
- Things that happen without warning
- New things added to the work
If any of these happen the schedule might have to be changed.
18. Cancellation or Termination
Either party can ask to end a project long as the terms agreed upon for that project are followed.
If a client decides to cancel a project after work has already started fees may still be due, for work that was completed resources that were bought or commitments that were made.
Any refund will depend on the situation what the project agreement says and the laws that apply.
I may. Stop services if:
- Payments are significantly late
- The client does not provide needed information or access
- The client behaves in a fraudulent, illegal or inappropriate way
- Continuing the service could lead to legal issues, security risks or operational problems
19. Refunds
Refund eligibility can vary depending on the kind of service, where the project’s at the work that has already been done and the specific agreement, between you and me.
Digital services, work that is already finished custom creative work or work that has already been handed over might not qualify for a refund after a lot of work has been done. This is true unless the law says otherwise or there is a written agreement that says something.
20. No Guarantee of Ressult
Digital marketing has a lot of parts that I can’t control.
Even though I will do my best to deliver the services we talked about I can’t promise business results. These include:
- Revenue
- Profit
- Leads
- Sales
- Search rankings
- Website traffic
- Advertising conversions
- Social media growth
- Follower growth
- Engagement
- Business growth
Things, like results, examples, case studies or work I’ve done before don’t mean I can guarantee what will happen in the future.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by the law Digital Ankit Yadav will not be liable, for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or unforeseeable losses that arise from using the website or services.
These losses may include lost profits, lost revenue lost business opportunities, lost data or results that were expected.
None of these Terms & Conditions tries to exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it.

- I make efforts to keep the website available and functioning properly.
- However I do not guarantee that the website will always be available.
- I do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free.
- I do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted.
- I do not guarantee that the website will always be completely secure.
- I do not guarantee that the website will always be free from issues.
- Temporary interruptions may happen from time to time. These can be due to maintenance work hosting problems, technical failures, updates or situations that are, beyond my control.

Your use of this website is also subject, to my Privacy Policy. This policy explains how information may be collected, used and handled.
By using the website you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.
24. Confidentiality
I will try hard to keep any business or project information I receive private.
But if the info is already public I made it myself I already knew it or the law requires me to share it then it is not confidential.
If a project needs secrecy we can use a separate confidentiality or non‑disclosure agreement.
25. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be controlled by. Understood according to the laws of India. This is true unless some other law says something
Any disagreements will first be handled by talking in a way as much, as possible. This should happen before taking any legal steps.
26. Changes to These Terms
I might change these Terms and Conditions now. Then to show any changes to my services, website, business ways or legal rules that apply.
When I make changes the new version will be shown here on this page along, with a “Last Updated” date.
If you keep using the website after the new terms are posted that could mean you agree to the Terms and Conditions as allowed by the law.
